The morning of my cat’s appointment, I received a call stating that the doctor was going to be a little late. Cool. No problem. I waited in my car and showed up to the new time. When I first arrived, the front staff was very kind to me… but I had to wait 30-40 minutes to even be seen by the doctor. The nurse also looked after my cat more than the doctor did. All he did was grab my cat (kind of rudely in my opinion) look at her for a few seconds and just told me it was allergies. Then I got charged $200

I really appreciate the care and compassion I received from Dr. Singh and the entire staff at Bonita Pet Care Animal Hospital! Our fur babies live such short lives and I am thankful that my beloved little fur boy was treated with loving care till the end of his precious little life by the entire staff! Losing a furry family member is never easy but with the compassion and care we received, it made it a little easier to say goodbye to our sweet little Bo! ❤️

Seeing this hospital get some bad reviews is upsetting because Dr. Singh and his staff are super nice and great people. My first experience with this hospital was when I had first taken my cat at banfield pet hospital where they told me they couldn’t help my cat any further when he had a urinary blockage. Immediately after I called this hospital and once my mom and I got there, we explained my cat’s situation to one of the front receptionists and she then informed Dr. Singh about it and he accepted to take my cat in 1 hour or 30 minutes before closing. I also had let the front receptionist know that the vet from Banfield said my cat needed immediate surgery but Dr. Singh reassured my mom and I that, that was not the case and for that day everything they charged us for was for a reasonable price. Dr. Singh had also previously helped cure one of my small dogs, she had been taken to the ER Specialty emergency room for her pancreatitis and she was given a Hill’s prescription food. Thanks to Dr. Singh we learned that she was given the wrong ID food. I am forever grateful to Dr. Singh and his team, Dr. Singh is a doctor that will give you answers and if any doctor can save/cure or do his very best to it’s Dr. Singh.

One star for the busy staff. Minus 10 for the uncaring greedy Indian Veterinarian. My poor staffordshire Spirit suffered because of his lies and greed! He had me doing once a week injection on my dog saying his problems where caused by artitis when it was nueroligical. I even paid for blood work. In the end my poor dog couldn't stand or walk and that dam Vet saw Spirit falling and just told me to come back next week for more shots! Don't trust him!

Our old boy Chico has had some health issues due to his age, but we have been fortunate enough to find Dr.Singh! Dr Singh and the staff of Bonita Pet Care Animal Hospital have been so kind and caring to our family and beloved Chico. I highly recommend this clinic! With Dr Singh’s medical excellence, Andice, Jess, and David’s attentiveness to Chico, and the front desk’s Natalie and Eimi’s welcoming and helpful service, this vet has cultivated a healthy and supportive environment.
