Alpha Vet Center is the best! We have a Jindo rescued from a Korean dog meat farm. Because of his past, he is very shy and terrified of people, through no fault of his own. The doctors suggested a combo of meds that would relax our dog, and we gave them to him before our appointment. Our vet visit was the most positive experience ever! Dr. Burton and techs were wonderful and very gentle with him. They made our dog feel at ease and comfortable. He even took treats from them which he has never done with strangers. The exam was a success, and we are very pleased. As a former vet receptionist and retired groomer, I cannot say enough good things about this practice. If you need a quality vet hospital with a caring compassionate team, this is the one to go to. You won't be disappointed. We are very happy with them and so is our doggy :)

Charlie is a one year old miniature dachshund who just had his first surgery to be neutered. Dr Cox and her staff are caring, and very nurturing with the care they give all of my doxies I have been going to Dr. Cox for over 11 years and she’s the best! I find comfort and taking my dogs to her and then seeing her every time it helps with their anxiety and mine as well. Thank you very much Alpha veterinary for all the service you get my fur babies..

Have been going to this place forever now with my sweet little fur baby, sassy. However they have been going down hill in customer service there it seems like they do not want to talk to you and do not like scheduling janet also had a very disrespectful tone when asking what services are avaialable their cost and when? alltogether this review will change if it picks back up but as of now the only reason i contiue to go is for DR. Cox and her amazing attention to detail!

Took my senior Pitbull in for a UTI in 2020. Two total visits - one initial and one follow up. Opted to go elsewhere because the communication was terrible. Called to have a copy of her bloodwork sent to her regular DVM in 2021 and the receptionist was incredibly rude about her being due for vaccines, even after I explained that her annual was being done at her RDVM. I’m guessing from other reviews and the cold call I got this morning that the clinic is struggling with client retention and record keeping because I haven’t had any contact since 2021, until the call on a Saturday afternoon saying “we haven’t seen her since 2020.” My dog passed from age over a year after I had her records transferred and thought the VCPR was noted as ended. Definitely does not leave me interested in giving them another chance.

Not sure how difficult is it to transfer vet records but can’t ever depend on them. Not only did they perform the wrong procedure in my dogs ear, they won’t send my dog records to another vet. Provided email, fax… NOTHING

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. I always bring my cat here for her nail trim and vaccination and they’ve been very careful, understanding and helpful.
