Your cat will be so grateful if you bring them here. It’s a calm, cat only environment filled with staff who love and are experts in caring for cats. They are simply the best cat focused vet specialists. Dr. Palopoli, Emma, Chelsea, Vanessa, Katie and the team were all so caring during a difficult time when my cat had kidney disease and lymphoma. I didn’t feel rushed or judged for wanting to spend some time with her after her diagnosis. Emma was so empathetic and called several times just to see how we were doing. Chelsea went out of her way to make sure that my cat had adequate painkillers for her time in hospice. Even her final hours were surrounded by caring staff and Dr. Palopoli who took time to pet her and let her and me relax. I trust them implicitly with my cats. They. Are. The. Best.

We love City Cats! We've gone there for a few years now, and the staff has always been kind and helpful. We actually moved to the South Shore but still keep our appointments with City Cats, because they're that good. Dr. Palopoli and the other staff are so caring and I've always found the whole practice transparent in terms of pricing and test options. I've never felt 'taken advantage of' like I have in the past at other practices. Highly recommend :)

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Willis! I had to have my cats eye re-removed and she was amazing the whole way through. She talked me through everything, texted me multiple times to follow up after surgery, and took amazing care of my cat. So thankful my extra sassy baby had such excellent and patient care.

The staff and vets provide compassionate and good clinical care. It is easier to bring a cat into a cat only practice. However, the prices for services are signficantly higher than other vet practices. I suggest shop around for another practice if you are on a budget.

I almost never write reviews, but I need to share how phenomenal City Cats made the process of putting down my childhood kitty. I am new to the area and brought my cat in on Tuesday because he stopped eating and looked sick. When I brought him in they were very straightforward on what tests need to be run. It was determined that he had kidney failure, and while an incredibly difficult decision for me, it was decided it was best to put him down to avoid any further pain. They help me set an appointment for the next day so I could have one more night with him. The day of the appointment the experience was unrivaled. It was professional and thought out for both me, as the pet owner, and my kitty. It started with having someone at the door to greet me and take me straight back to an exam room so we didn’t have to wait with others (Unbelievable! I didn't even ask for that but it was so appreciated). From there the vet was waiting for us and came into our room almost immediately. She clearly explained everything that was about to occur and reassured me through my last minute hesitation I was doing the right thing (I was a bit of a mess). Once I said okay the vet gave me some last minutes with him and waited right outside the room until I was ready. When I gave the word, they took him away in the towel I brought him in, prepared him, and then brought him back into the room in a little basket still wrapped in his towel. He looked very comfortable and I knew he was in good hands. The whole process went off without a hitch it was so peaceful. Right after he passed one of the nurses secretly passed me a little pamphlet for a local non-profit that helps with pet loss grief (Again absolutely phenomenal in a time of great loss). A week later I got a card in the mail with his paw prints signed by everyone in the office. I can not stress enough how perfect this experience was. In this moment the best thing a vet can do is to provide the best closure possible with your kitty loved one and they delivered 150%. Please go here for your cat needs. Rest in peace Moe you were the best cat a little boy could have ever wished for and were a great companion through college and adulthood.

My review as cat 'mom' - 5 stars! They're so nice here and they are very caring. You can tell the people here love cats and I am sure many of them have some of their own! It's nice to bring my kitty in to a calm environment where there's just other cats. He goes from howling in the car to very quiet and calm as soon as we sit in the waiting room.
