This is the cutest (dog) pet store ever. The staff is VERY knowledgeable about the dogs and can match a dog/puppy based on the interaction ( calm dog or a more energetic dog). I got a great background on the company and how they pick their dogs. They all come from a lovable breeder that the owners personally go to and check things out. They have payment plans as well, AND the dogs have a 21-point inspection from the vet before you take them home, as well as other things needed for a healthy pup. Their are spots where you can sit and play with the dog. The areas where they stay in the store are very clean and you can tell that the dogs are very happy. This was my first time here, and I took my kids as well to get a feel for what having a dog really would be like. I will stop looking at other pet stores and will be back to this store to hopefully purchase a dog within a year (hopefully, the kids will be ready then). * The black dog was a bit too much for my kids during the interaction. So we tried out his sister, which was more the kids' speed (it was also their first time having this close of an interaction with a dog before)*

We bought our dog, Murphy, from Petland and it was a great experience. Leilani did a great a job helping and made it as smooth as possible for us. They have a super friendly staff and a great facility. You get to try each dog out to see which one is right for you. I would highly recommend Petland!

Ella is the best customer service worker I’ve ever came in contact with. She was so nice and kind the whole interaction. She had great recommendations, energy and amazing communication the whole time. It wasn’t like she was a worker and I was a customer she was like a friend. She made the whole experience very comfortable and easy on my fiancé and I. 100% recommend going to this location and 100% recommend everyone to do business with Ella . 10/10 customer service.

The puppies were so cute. My grandchildren got to spend one-on-one time with every puppy they wanted to. The staff were warm caring and patient with us. We will go back…if only the twins parents would agree to adopt a pup.
