Cats Forever

I picked up a newly hit by a car Kitty and she was in bad shape. I immediately took her there and Dr Smith was amazing! Such compassion! Also, I had to put my kitty down and my vet wasn't available. It was handled with utmost care and compassion and gentleness. I was able to hold him the entire time. Thank you. (One star off for the reception staff. They are NOT friendly.)

This is one of the only veterinary clinics in the area that will take emergencies (walk-in, but they do have a limit of patients they see, so call ahead). My cat suddenly became ill over the weekend, and they were able to see him quickly. I'm not sure if he would have made it through the weekend if it hadn't been for them! I was so happy with that visit that I made sure to become a regular client. Everything is very clean and organized. It is well run. I didn't have to wait very long at my cat's yearly appointment. Everyone is friendly and helpful too. We will always bring our animals to this clinic!

Dr. Shauna Christian is one of the most caring, heart-driven veterinarians I’ve ever known. Her techs have been nothing but genuinely caring and devoted as well. Dr. Christian and her tech were so gentle and caring when I just had to have my beautiful Shylah put down. Shauna went through everything with me to ensure this was the right thing for my girl. Her technician that day was beyond amazing. The care in this practice is immense. The front desk always attempts to get your pet in as soon as possible. I highly recommend them. You won’t regret it.

This office has the most compassionate staff and doctors. They treat your pet like its their own when treating. I had to make the difficult decision to put my 15 year old mini dachshund to rest last week. It was one of the hardest decisions I've had to make in my life. The compassion the office showed will never be forgotten! They even sent me a sympathy card afterward. And, I have been to this office numerous times with 3 different animals, and yes, the wait time at this office can be long....but it's bc they don't just treat your pet like a number and on the next. They care. We live in a world where everyone expects instant service, but we have got to be realistic and understand that if you want good service, we have to be patient. Had to Have my Chocolate Lab of 13 years put down last week one of the hardest things we have ever had to do ... but the staff was great could not have asked for more very compassionate and thoughtful.... sent us a card a few days later... made letting Jake go a little easier.... Couldn’t say enough good things about this vet! Our cat had started throwing up blood and had been urinating outside the litter box. We called several vets and this is the only place who said bring him now and we will work him in. It took a couple hours but they did so much to figure out what was going on. They asked questions and listened to us to explore every possibility. Safe to say he is feeling much better today thanks to this vet and is on the road to recovery.
