Strongly recommend Dr. Lewis and her whole team. They treated us with the utmost kindness and compassion through all stages of my pups life. All the way up until we had to say “see you later”. Captain loved Dr. Lewis and I believe she loved him too. All the ladies working to front desk are also so kind and compassionate - especially Heather. We will be using VCA, Dr. Lewis and her team in the future with our next pet(s).

Amazing experience! Every member of staff is friendly and attentive. They recognize that your fur babies are members of your family and they treat each one with love, patience, and care. The facilities are very clean and spacious and inviting. I drive over an hour to go to this vet they are that awesome!

We are absolutely thrilled to have found VCA Abingdon! We admire Dr Henley and his special kind touch for our 3 dogs. And, always enjoy Cassie, the receptionist/cashier, she is so friendly and kind. We have not been patients very long, but just could not be more pleased with the care and kind way of the folks we have met along our short journey as clients here. Highly recommend!

Okay so i simply brought my dog in for recent back/leg problems he developed, probably from rough housing too much. but the general environment of the office was the best out of any veterinary clinic ive been too. the price was absolutely amazing, i went in expecting to pay every bit of $700 (as ive paid that at my most local vet just for them to tell me my cat was old). i was so pleased to leave with a happy furbaby and some medicine to help his pains, all for less than $200. the staff was amazing and i appreciated so much that they allow you to be put in a room with your baby, as it definitely wouldve been best as my furbaby gets so stressed and defensive without anyone he knows. definitely will be returning!!

Last Saturday our Great Pyrenees got attacked by several other dogs that got out of their home by pushing an air conditioner out their window to get at our sweet Katie. We rushed her to this clinic to be seen by a Veterinarian as she had several puncture wounds and injuries. They saw her within five minutes of us getting there. They were kind to her, and us. Exceptional customer service! Thank you VCA for seeing and treating our Katie quickly in an emergency!!!

We have been here several times with our dogs but We had appointment for our dog Blu, on the way there we got a flat going down interstate. Luckily we made it to appointment safely & on time. Blu has a UTI so they gave her antibiotics. Everyone there is so good & attentive to Blu cause she is a wild one (pitsky).We didn't have a spare tire so we had to have friend bring us an entire wheel & tire. The lady's that work there are so nice. Cassie let us borrow her jack out of her car. She also made sure we had cold water cause it was 95 degrees outside & no working ac. It was time to close & we still had her jack so they came out to check on us & tell us someone would still be there, when we were done leave it at the door. Cassie went above & beyond to help us out & we thank her so very much! It's nice to know their are still good people in this world. Cassie thank you & VCA for all you did!
