Had a positive experience today. It was my dog’s first time getting groomed. I was worried I had to comeback and get him. He did fine. I’m happy with the staff that treated him so kind. Milo definitely loved it. I will be back ☺️ You can definitely tell the difference and my baby love isn’t shedding nearly as bad. First two pics are before, last two are after.

Shaved her even down tail charged $114 for this! Bill said for groom. Pampering, and detangling. She wasn’t tangled except a little on legs. There was no detangling just shaving.

PetSmart did a great job grooming our SUPER anxious dog and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely get him serviced there again!

I took my dog to the Tuscaloosa, AL PetSmart store for grooming. I showed the groomer a picture of the cut wanted for our golden doodle. They required me to sign a form that shaving may be required to get the matting removed. I picked up my dog and he was shaved to the skin with only the tip end of his tail not shaved. I was not expecting the shaving to be to the skin and because they required me to sign the matting form that allowed them to make the decision to shave to the skin without any further approval from me! My Golden Doodle now looks like a poodle!!! I caution anyone using PetSmart grooming services that if they require you to sign the matting form they the same thing could happen to your dog. I will never use PetSmart grooming services again and don’t recommend their grooming salon to anyone!!!

Grooming people are horrible I simply told them when I moved here from Troy that my dog is highly afraid of the blow dryer and they completely disregarded everything I said! Any groomers who are understanding and will actually be willing to find other ways to blow dry her?

The dark haired lady working here is very unprofessional. I had came up here last week to ask a question about the fish and she obviously wasn’t having a good day and took that out on us. I came to her with a question but she ended up talking to me like I was child and was very rude. I can in again today and she was just as rude. I don’t know if she may have personally issues going on but the way she has acted the last few times I’ve came in there was just unacceptable. Will definitely avoid this pet store as much as I can after these encounters. I didn’t get to catch her name but she has dark hair and wears eyeliner
