The office and the entire staff are always friendly and welcoming. They lead with compassion and patience. They rarely try to over charge you for unnecessary services. We have been going to Pennridge Animal Hospital for almost 5 years, and have no plans to stop.

You can trust your fur babies will receive more loved and excellent veterinary care than anywhere. Teddy and Shadow love to see their Peanut butter friends (they always have that calming yummy jar ready!) The staff and Dr’s will quickly become family and you can trust their care, they are really the best you will find. ❤️

There are so many positive things I want to say about PRAH. The care that my dogs have received here is really unmatched. The staff are extremely friendly, always helpful, and never make me feel like a burden for calling or coming in often. Our greyhounds have had their share of chronic health issues. They always take time to answer our questions and make us feel heard. They give us the pros & cons of different approaches. Special shout-out to Maureen at the front desk, and Dr. Carpenter who have always gone out of their way to say hi, give love, and lots of attention to our dogs. I really believe that our late dog’s life was prolonged, despite a devastating diagnoses, because of the attention, follow up, and willingness to try different treatment approaches. Even though our current dog is anxious of any vet office, she always perks up a bit after receiving pets & love from the staff. We are definitely clients for life.

I have been taking my animals to Pennridge since before leaving home. They are very nice staff and knowledgeable. They don't push you to get vaccines you're not interested in and great with communication.

We have been going to Pennridge animal hospital for years now. Recently, we took our dog Kevin in for a neuter consultation. I was a little worried about him going under anesthesia because of his breed but then we met Dr. McManus and he quickly treated Kevin as if he were his own. He did some research for me and reached out directly with a game plan that he thought would be best. My worries were gone. Kevin had his surgery and Dr. McManus called me personally to tell me all about how it went (it went great) He truly listened to my worries and concerns and treated Kevin like his own. Kevin was in great hands with all the staff and Dr. McManus. Thank you again for taking such great care of our little man!

I've seen many vets and dealt with conventional, emergency, chiropractic, avian, and equine vets. Dr. Depew had some of the best "bed-side manner" that I've ever experienced. She was clear, yet compassionate and empathetic. I appreciate when the vet treating my animal seems invested in their health and doesn't come across as dispassionate and apathetic.
