We were visiting out of town and our 4.5 year golden retriever got very sick, we brought him for emergency care and he was admitted with end stage renal failure. The team at Insight did an exceptional job at making sure our pup was taken care off during his admission. We was actually happy to go back to his kennel and get all the love from the team while he was there. Unfortunately our guy didn't make it very long afterwards, but it gives us peace he was loved on during his last few days. thank you!

Emergency care for our furry family members is never a good time. My sweet kitty Mama Cat was in need of emergency care and having the excellent service, care & teamwork from Insight Veterinary Wellness Center (IVWC) in this time of urgent need, made all the difference! What looked like a possible multi-day hospitalization, with the unfortunate possibility of her demise, turned into joy when Mama Cat was cleared for release after a little over 24 hours & in a greatly improved condition! By the grace of God and the excellent care & support of the team at IVWC, Mama Cat is alive, at home & getting stronger each day.

Best ER Vet in the area! My dog was attacked by another dog and Insight made the whole process easy considering how shaken up my dog was. They have encouraged me to call them with any questions and are super helpful when I do call. I am so glad I trusted Insight to help my Pup! We will be a forever customer.

We were cleaning out our shed and a rat had pulled the bait out of the box. Before we could walk over and grab it our dog ate it. We rushed her over to IVWC. They greeted us in the parking lot within seconds of us pulling in. They were able to give her charcoal and save her life. They have a very professional staff and we can’t thank them enough. We were still a little shaken up today so we called to ask more question on what signs to look for and they were so helpful. The best news is our dog is 99% back to her happy self!

I had to bring my kitty on a Sunday for an emergency visit. I live in Citrus Heights and every single place I called closer to my house had a minimum 3 hour wait. I called Insight and they said at the time it was an hour wait, which was fantastic bc I also had my 3 kids with me. The office is modern and very, very clean with a large waiting area. The office staff was very friendly and professional. Within 20 minutes of arriving, a tech came to the waiting area, asked me the important questions, and took my kitty to see the vet. The vet came out shortly, explained what was going on with her and the typical tests done for this, but since he had a good idea of what the problem was and it was a first for her, he suggested the least costly option which I very much appreciated. He had an amazing bedside manner and is clearly a cat person! I was so impressed with this place that I filled out the paperwork to become a patient there for all my cats (I have 4).

We are so happy that we chose Insight for our puppy's care. We are thrilled with our vet, Dr. Mora, her assistant, Tiffany, and the entire staff. Everyone is so caring, and they have been happy to answer all of our questions and provide us with the information we need to raise a healthy, happy pup 🐶
