I’m very upset , we’ve been bringing our little guy to you for years. I’m happy you have the opportunity to retire but I wished you would have reached out to your steady regular costumers of this and wasn’t provided care for us anymore. Now where do I take my guy for shots. Who’s picking up your clinatal ? It would had been nice to have provided a back up option for us.
I’ve been taking my pets here for years and I love the efficient and knowledgeable service that is provided. Fantastic pricing for yearly shots. Dr. Wallace caught a health concern in my dog early on and I’m forever grateful for that. Highly recommend them! ❣️
Dr. Wallace and his staff are absolutely outstanding. They truly care about each and every pet that comes into their facility. Dr. Wallace strives to make veterinary care affordable, but never cuts corners. In fact, the whole staff go out of their way to treat your pet special. They take the time to get to know everything about your particular animal, and recommend the best course of action in order for your pet to live a healthy happy life. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my two babies.
My sweet Aussie Nash tragically passed away recently but Dr Wallace was his vet his whole life and I realized I never left a review. Best vet i've visited, he was always thorough and knew what he was doing. He and his assistant were always understanding and nonjudgmental. It was clear they really cared about their patients and im thankful that they helped take care of my Nash. Prices are reasonable as well. Already sent my boyfriend there with his dogs and I recommend all about pets to everyone else.
Dr. Wallace is such a great vet! Love how he is so much more affordable for your yearly shots and more! Book you're apt with them to keep you're babies healthy!!
I dont recommend. If you ever plan on getting insurance for your lovely little animal, this company will make it very hard. They don't respond to emails. They don't pick up the phone. When I finally went there in person months later to request documentation needed for insurance on my dog, they said, "our email doesn't work and we never got your call". Keep in mind I called about 10 times, left voicemails and emailed several times. That's not including the times my insurance company reached out to request the same documentation. Convenience in a van with horrible customer service? I didn't know email and phone were considered "sophisticated". I hope they see this but they probably won't because they probably don't know how to use a computer either.
