LGAH is amazing. I could write a novel about how awesome this place and the staff are. We brought our dog Dwight in for his chronic ear infections and Dr Scot got us scheduled for the ear surgery. Both surgeries went smooth and you can tell they really care. Sara Jean was also an incredible tech who was knowledgeable, on top of it all and great communication. We were sad he had to spend the night at the hospital after surgery but knowing Sara Jean and Dr Scot were taking care of him it made it easier. We love this hospital/the staff and can’t recommend it enough. I have never been to a vet clinic as wonderful as this one. Thank you LGAH for all you did for us and our dog Dwight. ❤️

We just took our beloved senior cat in for ckup and saw the wonderful Dr Scot. We love him and Dr Chris and Dr Mona and caring staff. Also techs Hailey & Katie today were compassionate and had great expertise for blood draw and nail clip. We have brought our pets to them for over 20 years. They are the best of the best. Thank you so very much. I highly recommend them. ♥️🙏😻

We never thought we could be so blessed to have found a top of the line animal hospital with the best care possible, but we did. And of course we all know it’s the people and not the brick and mortar that qualify for that title. We were taking our cat Cody in twice a week, which was our choice, for fluids as he was diagnosed with kidney failure. We chose to do this to try to prolong his life a little. Going in that often gave us a chance to get to see with our own eyes how well these Vets and Technicians perform their every day duties. They are quite amazing. We got to know many of them and each and every one are to be commended for not just their hard work and dedication but their kindness and heartfelt care. When our little kitty finally passed, many of these beautiful techs actually cried tears of sympathy for us. This is how heartfelt and warm these lovely people are at LGAH. We have experienced many other animal hospitals over the years and only lived in this area for the past 5 years so take our word for it when we tell you that if you love your pet, and need medical care, this is the place to go. In our opinion, you could not find a more CARING and EFFICIENT veterinary hospital with the greatest staff ever. Dr. Mona and Dr. Alexa, oh my goodness. These Vets, I can’t find words good enough to describe their exceptional care. Take my word for it, they are the best of the best. We LOVE them and thank God for doctors as them. THANK you both for all you did for us. God bless you. We were assigned our special tech, Autumn….oh how we grew to love her. No one could be more gentle and caring then Autumn. How fortunate for LGAH to have her on their staff. God bless you Autumn and thank you for all you did for our Cody Man as you called him. We also want to thank Nancy at the front desk. She never made us wait and always allowed us to sit right down with our Cody boy. When he passed, Nancy had tears in her eyes too. Next there is Ashley…oh Ashley….you and your bright eyes and smile. You always tried to make us feel better hon and we thank you for that. We want to thank Melissa, for giving our little Cody boy his little kisses on his head…you touched my heart hon. Becca, you too were always so sweet to our baby Cody. You made us feel safe when you came out to get him and gave me reassuring hugs Thank you hon. Gigi, you gave me a hug too even though we hardly got to know you till the end. How kind of you. Pam, thank you for being at the front desk and helping to make things for smooth for us. Amazing staff! Amazing vets! I brought my mini pig to get neutered with no hiccups at all. The staff was so kind and helpful as soon as we walked in the door! I could tell my little piggy was shown love and attention while he was there and not just left alone before or after surgery. 10/10

Super thankful and grateful to Lake Geneva Animal Hospital. They got my sick tortoise in right away and were super knowledgeable and efficient in diagnosing as well as treatment. Special thanks to Sarah Jean! She went above and beyond in nursing my Tort back to health. She continues to answer questions and check in with us on tortellinis journey in health and recovery. So appreciative to her and Dr Mona. I will continue to use this vet for all of my pets needs! I definitely recommend this animal hospital!

The staff at LGAH are the best. Truly care about the animals and Dr Terri is one of the kindest vets ever. Took great care of my lab when he needed surgery.
