Absolutely wonderful experience at Makai Pet Hospital! Felt very welcome and the staff were friendly as well as greatly accommodating (I somehow showed up to my appointment a week early…). I would definitely recommend them, Dr. Wendy Asato and her technician treated my old and grumpy/spicy cat with the utmost care. Couldn’t be happier with our choice in this pet hospital!

We had to try 3 different vets to get our dog’s ear taken care of. Makai got it right the first time. They are super friendly, knowledgeable, and they let you know price of things before doing it which we really appreciated.

I enjoy going here as the staff is friendly and my babies are treated very well. Majority of the Vets will give you pricing on each test etc they are recommending. But Dr Zia did not let me know how much a lab was going to be since I didn’t realize it was going to be sent out. It came out to an extra $178! So please ask questions!!!

We just took our new pup to Makai to get a physical. They were wonderful. Thank you for the gentle hands on our first meeting, Dr. Wong, taking the time to talk about concerns and know Piper's story before meeting her! Great vet techs, doctors and office staff make all the difference. Mahalo!

We received recommendations from a few friends to use Makai Pet Hospital while we were searching for a new vet for our dog. We had our first visit with them last week and we were so happy! Dr. Cunningham and her entire staff are a great choice for a small, intimate practice full of friendly and knowledgeable staff members. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and we will continue to use them for all our pet care needs.
