Ok....Novice Aquarium person enters the Petsmart in Huber Heights....which would be me. The employee responsible for the Aquarium area was absolutely incredible. Her knowledge and relate ability was excellent. Answered every knucklehead question I had with amazing knowledge....I apologize, I didn't get her name. But she does have several Aquariums at home!!

I take my beagles here for grooming. They do a great job. Very respectful of my dogs. If they are anxious they don't pressure them and I don't mind that. That is good service. Plus that safety on both my pets part and the employees. I appreciate that. They do their best and every employee I have encountered here has been helpful and friendly. That is a rare thing these days in retail. Thank you PetSmart Huber. 🤗 Dude and Dj 🤗

Took my puppy in for wash and cut. Tammy called and said she could only do wash, trim and nails. Went to pick her up she didn't even look at us. Got home basically she only trimmed her nails. Wasn't washed because she had stuff around her butt. Ears weren't trimmed very disappointed. My friend got shavers out and she did fine. Makes me wonder how many other people that have been charged had dog sprayed with perfume and not had stuff done. Lost my business not only for grooming but buying stuff there.
