This store has so much great variety! I love being able to grab all the healthy holistic foods and treats for my furbabies. Susan, the owner is also so personable and helpful as well. This is definitely my go to pet store!

Can’t say enough good things. I stumbled in after switching my dogs to open farm looking for kibble. Wow. They have every enrichment toy I love, every brand I support. The staff is incredibly sweet, help me every step of the way and don’t rush me at all in making decisions about my dogs diet. 100% will be a lifetime customer! Making an hour drive a week for this level of service and the brands I love is worth it!

I have volunteered for the rescue side of AARF for years and always used Chewy for my pet food needs. When I started looking at Pet Central's competitive prices and wide range of products I switched all my purchases to Pet Central. The staff is amazing and the owners are so knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me to feed all the furry ones the most healthy options.

The staff are so kind and helpful! The store is fully stocked with a lot of great stuff. The website is great, and their inventory is accurate. I found them because they are among very few stores that carry special diets that my pup needed urgently. I'm very grateful for that!

Full disclosure, I have volunteered with the animal rescue that this store supports for years. From the time I learned of their existence, I was a loyal customer from the first visit even before I became a volunteer. The staff is friendly and committed to continuously expanding their knowledge about pet care. The prices are fair and the item selection is wide.

The adoption process at AARF is designed to find reasons to reject you. Rather than trying to teach you how best to care for your pet they ask you questions and if you don’t know the answer they want. Even if you say, “I don’t know. What do you think is best,” they take that as a reason to reject you. My family supported AARF and volunteered here for over a year, but when we tried to adopt, they pulled this trick and rejected us. Clearly, AARF has no interest in doing what ought to be their mission: connecting pets with families who would love and care for them.
