Beyond pleased with my experience here for my Huskies. Price was fantastic and worth every penny. Front desk staff was tremendous and the paw-gress reports I received gave me peace of mind while my dogs were boarded here. Will be back for all other boarding needs. Thank you team for your professionalism, support, and handling of my boys. Means more than you know!

This place is awesome. My aussie loves going here so much that she jumps out of the car and immediately runs up to the door to go in. She doesn't even say bye, because she is so excited to be there. I know they have to take great care of her to get that excited. So easy to book play dates and such a lovely staff that knows my dog after only a couple of visits. Perfect place for dog daycare and their hours can fit any schedule! Take your dogs here. They will have one of the best days of their lives.

I have used this location to board my pup several times now, and it has always been a good experience. My pup loves staying here. He gets excited as soon as we pull up in the parking lot, and he barely notices that I'm gone after I leave lol. He loves the workers and other dogs he gets to play with during his stay.

My dog is older and takes a lot of meds. They were really good at making sure he was kept on his med schedule and triple checked. He was also there on his bday and they celebrated him which was so sweet! This I believe was our 3rd stay and I will definitely be rebooking.

Let me first say, - I've used pet suites before and never had an issue -,,,but I'm so livid by the care my dogs were given last week,. -1st- I requested both my dogs stay together - I found out they were separated! 2nd-I specifically gave feeding instructions - and a new x-large bag of food. Coming off my cruise I'm texted that the food ran out and it's going to cost $5.00 per feeding. Then when I pick up dogs - I'm given back half my bag of food that I brought - Dogs looked skinny- One dog is throwing up sick- They attempted to lower bill, which they did but - I was not happy.. 😡😡😡

Very disappointed with the service at PetSuites Harrisburg! I recently took my energetic dog (2 year old German Shepherd) to PetSuites Harrisburg for grooming and unfortunately my experience was far from satisfactory. The groomers seemed unable to handle my dog's energy level and instead of providing a loving environment, I felt there was a clear sense of discrimination against him due to his energetic nature. They mentioned that the dog was aggressive without any justification and just for barking. I don't know the actual reason why they didn't want to work with us but it felt very strange (probably because my dog was black or had an accent, etc.). Every pet deserves love and patience regardless of temperament and I was disappointed to see a lack of understanding and professionalism in this regard. They couldn't even explain what the policy was with dogs with this type of behavior, they just refused to proceed. If you are looking for a place that truly accepts all pets and provides excellent, non-judgmental service, I highly recommend Trims For Tails in Concord. They have a reputation for their attentive and compassionate care, even for the most energetic dogs. It is important to choose a groomer that values each furry friend, and I believe Trims For Tails will exceed your expectations. Never take your dogs to these so-called “groomers.” V/r Alex C.
