Alain and Gaston were awesome! We had a raccoon in the attic. I called them at 8am. Alain was at my home that morning - he identified what had happened immediately, detailed how they would fix it, the cost and how long it would take. I hope I don't need their services again but I would recommend them for sure!

AVOID! Unprofessional, very poor customer service. I emailed several times, got a reply asking what my address was. I replied, but had to wait for another 3 days to get the next sentence from him in email: "We will pass by to assess". I replied "OK when?" No reply whatsoever from them. I used 2 different phone numbers listed on their web site - one doesn't even have answering machine service set up. On the other I left 3 different messages on, but no one called me back. When he finally answered the phone on day 5, I was told "You have to be patient" and "Someone will email you to set up an appointment". No one did. Exactly 11 days passed from my initial reaching out to them multiple times and by multiple means (through two different phone numbers of theirs, messaging feature on their site, and email), yet they still don't want to bother to contact me back and make an appointment. (Not to tell me useless things like "we'll pass by" and then never do, or "you have to be patient"; I need serious professionals to deal with the issue and to set up a real time and day appointment for me). Avoid this company and save yourself from stress and waste of time. Look for a for a wildlife company that actually values you as a customer.

We have been trying to get this company to honour their contract and come back to our home since May this year. Multiple unanswered emails, phone calls with empty promises. We signed a multi-thousand contract and have basically been ghosted/robbed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
