We were looking for a vet close to where we moved to and this place was recommended to us and they didn't disappoint. I first spoke to Tori on the phone to make the appointment and she was awesome! Very nice and tried her best to squeeze us in short notice. When we went in last night Rachel at the front desk took care of us and she was so helpful and pleasant. We were brought into a room and I apologize because I don't remember her name but she was a vet tech (I think Erin was her name) she was kind towards my cat Bella. Then Dr. Dulude came in and she was so kind and now I know why she's known as the gentle vet. She asked questions to get to know Bella, she read her records so she was aware of her history, she didn't just open her carrier and pull her out rather she talked to her, offered her a treat, and tried to get her out on her own. When she got her out she handled her with care, she was petting her, talking to her in a calm tone and that's so important because being aggressive doesn't help when they're already stressed out. Also, they don't charge you a whole mortgage payment to get your cat examined. We found our new vet and I will be recommending Dr. Dulude.

So happy we finally found our furever doctor! This has not been easy since i moved back to Jersey. From the minute i walked in to the doctor to the calls! We are never going anywhere else. Thank you so much… relieved we finally found a place with a team we trust and makes you feel comfortable

Dr. Dulude and her staff are excellent, very "gentle", and welcoming. Dr. Dulude is an excellent diagnostician and treats non-invasively whenever possible, which of course is the preference. I always feel comfortable when Dr. Dulude sees my dog with a problem knowing he is in good hands. I've been to a few veterinarians in this area with my prior dogs but when I get in my car now and tell the GPS "go to the vet" it knows exactly where to take me and I don't expect to change that at all!

This vet is great at scheduling properly. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get through check in and see the vet. On top of that, they show care and empathy when dealing with my pets. They do not try to add on excessive services just to make bottom line. Happy that I was able to find them!
