Dr. Ben is the best. He helped us so much with our girl who was special needs. He gave her a chance at a normal life. He truly cares about the animals AND the families connected to them. He took his time - went over all the options and then helped Birdie cross the bridge. Even letting her fur sister be apart of it. We are so grateful for you, and everyone else at HousePaws. Thank you for caring about these babies.

Dr. Ben was amazing and extremely compassionate during such a difficult time. Saying goodbye our girl was one of the hardest things I’ve had to do but he made it a very comforting and personal experience. The card that the staff had sent with their condolences meant so much. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!

For background, our 70lb hunting dog, Copper, is afraid of EVERYTHING (he has very literally been spooked by his own shadow, and don’t even get me started on the Roomba…). The first two years of his life were vet visit after vet visit and he will NOT forgive House Paws for the time they shoved a thermometer up his butt. Despite his pure, unadulterated hatred for them (to no fault of their own), we are their absolute biggest fans for the compassion, kindness and care they provide him with every single time. I can’t say enough about Dr. Ben. Throughout the visits, I have watched how Dr. Ben has adapted the way he interacts with our scared beast, and while Copper has no plans to drop that ‘butt thermometer grudge’, Dr. Ben’s flexibility, patience and knowledge make a world of difference to me. The care was already great to begin with but it has somehow gotten better with every single visit. On our most recent visit, Dr. Ben prioritized “maintaining the relationship” versus doing another exam that wasn’t absolutely necessary in that moment. The visit was possible because Dawn with scheduling got us in the same day with kindness and compassion. The assistant Dani came in knowing and acknowledging our dog isn’t the biggest fan of the vet and she was SO thorough, so kind and so patient with him throughout. The front desk (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) just had the kindest energy and I’ve never been happier to pay a vet bill. We haven’t met a single person at House Paws we aren’t in awe of. House Paws Team - Thank you for the important work you do, and if you’re reading this review looking for a vet for your pet, you’ve found them.

I brought Levi in for oral surgery. Dr Ben did a great job. He was very informative and professional. He really cared about making sure that the outcome of Levi’s surgery would be a success!!! I have taken Levi to Dr Lisa whom I have known for a long time and Dr Matt who loves animals!! They were both great too!! Thank you guys .. Gina Holshue

Over the years, they have been the best vets ever. Kind, knowledgeable, accommodating, and more. Yesterday my little girl had to be put down, due to a psychological issue. They helped me try all other options, unfortunately, she was suffering. The care and compassion from everyone there, I will never forget. Special thanks to Dr Ben and Dr Melissa. And to the other lovely ladies who made sure my baby girl was wrapped up in a soft blanket and wasn't alone after I left. In this heartbreaking time, the kindness shown to me and my babies (it is me and my 2 boys now) is a ray of light I definitely need right now.
