I called at 10:30 am on Saturday morning knowing more than likely my sweet Oakley needed to be euthanized. I was not a client and I had a 50 minute drive. I arrived at around 11:45 and they closed at 12:00 pm. They never rushed me. The front desk staff along with the techs and vet were extremely patient with me. Unfortunately, I did not get anyone's name that day because I was a mess with grief. I just want to say "Thank You"! All of you were such a blessing at a critical time when I just needed compassion along with Oakley. Thanks for your gentleness and understanding. Much appreciated!!!

Great experience... Took Valentino in for rattlesnake vaccine. Vet was super friendly and attentive. Also very very reasonable prices compared to other vets I've visited. Large clean office with plenty of seating. Also appointment was on time! Excellent experience!!!

I am a 100% disabled Marine Corps Veteran. Ivy my ptsd service animal got stung in the eye. They refused to even look at her and tell me if it was bad or not. The receptionist had the audacity to thank me for my service. If you appreciated my service you would have cared enough to ask someone to take a quick look at her eye. This is unacceptable and sould not be the practice of a veterinarian to anyone let alone a OIF and OEF Vet that got a Purple Heart and fights PTSD everyday because I cared enough about All to put my life on the line, for my Service Animal to be treated like this. So I hope you will change this practice immediately! Semper Fi Brother and Sisters!

Very nice ladies at the desk! Unfortunately couldn't see my baby girl or give me any advice on what to do about her poor situation!! Need more vets in Globe AZ

Girl Dr. Eubanks is an awesome vet. Loves her patients. Just be careful cuz if your upset and get a little loud in your grief they will tell you that you are no longer your animals vets!! I thought it was all about the animals and understanding how the owners feel. Said my dog needed to lose twenty pounds before they would fix her. Mind you she is a German Shepherd/Lab mix she weighs 77lbs. She would be emaciated if she lost that much weight!! If you take your animal there just be careful!!

The doctor was kind to my scared baby. She explained her findings clearly and so I could understand. The front desk staff were attentive and welcoming. My only issue was the medical assistant who had a poor attitude. Word of advice - my pets are MY babies, when they are ill and in pain it's very frustrating. Other than that I do recommend this office.
