Being new to the area and trying to navigate through some unexpected personal issues, another individual I met having experienced the same challenges recommended reaching out to Sara at ONP. I called and spoke with Sara, she encouraged me to come by the very next day. She was so very sweet, open, accommodating and nonjudgmental, definitely a warm light at the end of many cold dark days. Although her forte is housing she provided some lateral agency recommendations and other possible avenues . My impression throughout was that she sincerely wanted to help me as best she could as she was engaging and attentive, truly a selfless individual. I didn’t require any of the other services and supplies they offered but did take advantage of a quick shower which is always good for the soul in situations like this. I can't speak for the other gal's there but I can only assume that based on the many positive reviews they are all as like-minded and caring as Sara. I only hope that I can emerge from this situation so that I'm able to donate or volunteer in some way to return the favor(s) and give back to the community supporting ONP. Thanx so very much for your kindness and humanity in these tough times, you have definitely made a difference! :)

I was not there as their customer, I was there to drop off donations. The location is convenient for area residents that require ONP services. The staff & volunteers were very friendly & helpful. Their operation was explained to me, turns out they have a lot to offer area residents in need. I will continue to support this organization.

The employees as well as the organization is a pillar in the river falls community. They really go above and beyond to make someone feel comfortable and welcome as well as attentive to individual needs. I hope when I am in a better position; I can give back and contribute to helping others in the same way this place has helped me.
