John and Jannet were awesome sales associates! John saw me looking at a puppy, and he came right over and was very friendly and approachable. He had a great attitude, and was cheerful and confident. He was knowledgeable about the puppies, and answered my questions. He was so nice and helpful! He was very attentive to the customers. This makes customers want to come back in because he makes them feel welcome. I ended up buying my beautiful Lilac ShiTzu with his help! Jannet rang up my purchase, and oh my goodness, she was so warm and friendly! I enjoyed meeting her and taking pictures of my new pup with her! She was professional, friendly, warm and really cared about helping her customers with their purchase. She gave me a lot of information about the puppy and care, and did not rush through anything. She took the time with me to go over everything I needed. She had a great attitude, professional, was always smiling and she was fun! I would return to but a puppy from John and Jannet in the future. They are both top notch!!

This is my honest review. Staff:DJ is awesome. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. Even helped extend our first vet visit due to a misunderstanding at purchase. Pets: I read the all horror stories. And thought a petshop this well known, in the mall, in the woodlands, can't be true. Well we got our frenchie tested and he carries a one copy of a retinal degenerative disease is a candidate for IVDD. We couldn't believe. For the price we paid he should've been tested before adoption. Maybe he was, which is why we paid so much to cover the costs. Or he was tested and sold because he didn't sale on the "frenchie market" right away. He was 5 months when we adopted him so both theories make sense and one must be true. We him either way but 5.5k for a 5 month old frenchie that "wasn't tested" is ridiculous now that we think about it. We feel robbed in a sense which is not something we are comfortable with feeling. We purchase Krypto on March 2nd 2024. I'm leaving this review now because we just got the test results in. We honestly couldn't believe it. Did they sale us a frenchie knowing he had illnesses. Other people shared similar stories. I don't want to believe it. Ironically enough they just called me as I write this at 4:20 pm to tell me they have a female frenchie available. I will not be purchasing any more dogs from the shop. I got my girl for 3k and she comes from a solid blood line. Shop AKC online for purebred pets and then research the breeders. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. Sorry DJ, your still cool af!

First time purchasing a puppy. Came here just to look and left with a pup🤣 We absolutely fell in love with our puppy and the customer service. Will definitely be back and recommend this place for anyone we know that is looking for a pup/cat! Update: heres now pictures of my pup! Uzi🖤🖤

Went in there for the first time. Smaller dogs in the front seemed fine, towards the back the dog locked in those boxes were under severe heat distress. Panting very hard, one dog was just laying there didn’t appear to be breathing, the head was all wet. Other people were commenting on these dog’s condition. I mentioned it to an employee a tall man with dark hair, he told me their air conditioning was out and he would have someone check on them. I stayed another 10 minutes, no one did anything for them. They were locked in those cubicles with no real air circulation and were panting so hard as if they were outside. Thats animal cruelty. I think it’s time to call asap and peta. This place is atrocious. I would have given zero stars but there wasn’t an option.

Depressing place. Dogs are marketed like accessories in aquarium type boxes. Spending $4500 at a puppy vendor like this place is irresponsible when Houston has a massive over population of dogs who are dumped and euthanized every day due to lack of adopters.

had a great experience with Rose. me and my partner were definitely skeptical about getting a dog from here but she convinced us and made the experience great. we’re leaving with a terrior and couldn’t be happier. she was completely informative and forthcoming and gave us so much details on every little aspect of the adoption process. would get again if she was helping!
