So grateful for the staff here and their willingness to go above and beyond. I called about spay availability due to a glitch on online booking and instead of giving me the run around they took the time to get things sorted out and booked for me. What could have been a several month wait turned into a 2 day wait, so very grateful again and extra grateful for the pricing made available for their services! Our baby is home and recovering beautifully.

My second time using their services and both were pleasant. Their drop off/pick up system is quick and efficient. The team members I interacted with were all pleasant. And although sometimes unavoidable, I'll note that we haven't had any issues with either recoveries. Would recommend.

The staff was very patient. The drop off/pick up was exceptional! Simon called to tell me that one of the cats had a slight arrhythmia & asked how I wanted to proceed (keeping me informed throughout every step of the process) Highly recommend!!! Exceptional quality of service!
