My Siamese cat Toga, was in dire straits and needed immediate medical attention. I called Cross Creek and they asked me to drop him off and they would examine him as soon as possible. They had him in good shape in very short order, I was amazed! I found them to be very caring and very professional. I cannot thank them enough! Nice clean facility as well. Toga found his new Veterinarian :)

My dog was discharged from emergency clinic in Springfield. He was transferred to Cross creek for follow on care. The staff and vet took good care of him while I was at work. He was able to recover and go home with me later on that day. Thank you all for what you do.

I had to put down, my 17+ year old cat, my best friend...the staff and Doc, did a great job helping us thru the process. Today i got a card in the mail, signed by their staff. Very nice! Thank you Cross Creek!

I was traveling and it was time for my dogs stitches to be removed so I was very concerned about them as they were really bothering my dog. So I stopped here and they squeezed us in within an hour... Veterinary was so nice and beautiful with big blue eyes She said the stitches were in too tight and she removed them for my dog . Instant relief for my dog ... Thank you all so much!!!

I had a dog pass away at home in 2015.Cross Creek cremated him and gave me his ashes back in a decent box. Fast forward to now, I had to have my little 13 pound Shih Tzu put down and had them cremate him. I got him back in the most disrespectful container one could get. A thin cardboard box that would hold 2 lbs of flour. Wasn't sealed or tied. And his little bag of ashes just knocked around in the bottom like nothing. I was so angry,I walked out with him and cried. How is it I paid almost $300 dollars to have him put down due to illness and cremated and I got him back in a .99 cent box. Never in my life did I ever feel so angry over something like this. He was the last of my long loved pack of family fur babies. All of them brought back in nice urn type containers,not a freaken box that looked like it came from the .99 cent store. Vent over. It's ridiculous that a place can come off heartless like that. And so impersonal.

I have always taken my Harley to Cross Creek, they know his history and have done fantastic with him. They saved him when he was attacked by a big dog-Harley weighs 8 pounds. So I highly recommend them to everybody I know, because I didn't think Harley could live through it!!
