Awful experience unfortunately. First time bringing our dog here. We made an appointment for 11, called at 1 to check up and was told they just got to him and that we’d get a call when they were finished. We finally got a call at 2:30 that he was done. When we went to pick him up he was bleeding badly from his paw where we were told that one of the nails were accidentally cut too short. They wouldn’t say exactly how long it had been bleeding and it was not bandaged or taken care of at all. He has been whining every time we touch his paw now. A couple of his nails look untouched while others looks splintered/jagged/broken.

Used them regularly since moving to Ruston. Our dog is always excited to go there and is obviously well cared for while he's there!

I found our favorite groomer! And my dog looks wonderful! They were all friendly and I loved the place!
