Had the pleasure of meeting Vicki this morning while dealing with some kittens. What a lovely woman, the younger gentleman was incredibly polite and helpful too, but I am so impressed with the staff and how easy they made the process. I've been to shelters where I feel like I'm in a supermax prison, but not this place. Their love for animals is obvious, but they do a lot to help out the owners too. Thanks again Vicki and the team! (Okeechobee County better treat the staff well here because y'all are lucky to have them!)

Upon first glance it is a great place, a few of the staff really care. But at the end of the day they make their own rules and do not care for the animals in their care, save for a select few ACOs

I took my female cat to get spayed. Operation SOS is such an awesome program! It was only $25.

I get there at 4:30 to pick up my dogs after 10 days of quarantine. Nobody is there Nov 23. Infact I saw them leave at 4:30 as soon as we get there. They saw us and still left. It's 4:30 I want MY dogs back and these people decide to leave early.
