Dr. Abernathy saved our dogs life and helped us with expenses/a payment plan for the emergency surgery because we weren't going to be able to afford it. She and a nurse there stayed after hours and performed the emergency surgery. We would have had to put her down, but they worked hard to make it happen! So thankful for them!

I had a Banfield dog program for years in Chicago and it was great and the Banfield near me was fantastic, shortly after moving to Ohio the Centerville location twice would not look at my dog and cost me $600+ because I had to take dog to ER hospital and neither time ended up being an emergency, needless to say I canceled the program and did not return to Centerville Banfield. Now that was back a few years so maybe they are better but I was asked to review.

They take great care of all 3 of my dogs! Especially my little 15 y.o old blind guy with diabetes. It's nice for the staff to recognize and know your doggies.

We had 2 of our dogs on the wellness plan. One dog passed away in July, I called to let them know as they were treating him. She said she would put it in the system. She never cancelled the plan or told me that I would need to call…. I was still being charged for the dog that passed. They sent me to collections for the dog that was still living because they said the card on file was expired even though I updated it when I was there with the sick dog. When I called to speak with the practice manager the lady said that she would leave a note but wasn’t sure when she would get back to me. I asked when she was in next and she stated that she was there today but knows she had other things to do. She said that she was off on Fridays and that she might call me Saturday but knows she has stuff to do and if she doesn’t call me back by next week then to call again and they would remind her. Terrible customer service from all levels. I would absolutely never use this animal hospital again.
