Dr Hines and his wife Gloria answered the call for help as two baby doves were knocked from thier nesting due to the recent whether and needed help. I had the pleasure of visiting thier home and was able to see first hand the love that this couple have for the wildlife they care for. God bless you both as you continue to care for his creatures that can't help themselves.

Very rude on the phone. I understand they don’t do puppies but could have at least been kinder about it. Three week old puppy dying and all his response was “I’m retired and only do wild critters” well then retire your information from google if you aren’t willing to refer us or offer empathy!

I just called in concern of a baby possum trying to get more information, person on the line was damn straight rude and racist because I couldn’t figure out the word possum in English. Then proceeded to speak to me in Spanish telling me to contact other people because they’re busy taking care of other animals. Then abruptly hanging up on me. Rude people. Hopefully they don’t treat their animals that’s way.

Several months ago my husband found a baby bird. We took it to Mr Hines. He called to let us know that it grew up and that it was time time to let it go. We are so glad that we took him the bird.

I called a week ago and still no answer. I went and it's a house not a building. Once I got there I noticed it said on maps that I had to call before showing up. Since it was a house I did not get down. I called, multiple times, no answer. The machine said to leave a message and my number which I did. Never received a call back. The bird that I found did not survive sadly.

Our experience with Dr . Hines was awesome . Took an injured Hawk we found right in . Also called us back to let us know Hawk was doing well 👍🏻
