Always a pleasant experience and ready to take care of my pets. I always call for an appointment. They are honest and friendly and will tell you up front any costs you may acquire as best as possible. Great for routine checkups and shots. They always answer the phone timely or get back to me. Been going here for around 3 years and won't change places.

This place was a breath of fresh air! The staff was very friendly. My wife is deaf and Dr. Jones was sweet enough to write the important facts down for her about our animals. They showed the x-rays that were done and explained what was going on. The staff provided expected pricing up front. When things changed, they updated it and asked what was okay to do and if the changes were reasonable. They accommodated us quickly even though they had a busy schedule and welcomed us like we mattered. Their kindness went a long way! Their pricing was great too! Worth the 40 minute drive!

The doctor and other staff of this office are awesome!! I have two chinchillas who developed eye issues and they were able to squeeze me in pretty quickly. The appointment went very well and I was really happy that everything was explained to me in detail and all my questions were answered. One of my chinchillas bit the doctor but she was so patient with him and I'm truly grateful for that. I live about an hour away but this place is so worth the trip! Thank you for taking care of my boys!

Very happy I found this vet that treats bunnies, I wish I had found them sooner for his previous vet visits. I had to make the decision to put my fur baby down after the vet told me the bad news that the road ahead of him wouldn't be a good one. She reassured me that I was making the right call, which if you've ever had to put a pet down, is a huge deal and lifts some weight off of your already heavy shoulders. Everyone at the office treated both of us with kindness and compassion. They had multiple next day appointments, even for new patients. Which three other vets I called did not. Well worth the hour commute we took to be met with the kindness they showed and the prices are good. I would recommend rabbit owners to take their babies here. Thank you everyone for taking such good care of my boy.

This place is such a disappointment. Every time we’ve come in, not only are we not seen until 30-45 min after our appointment time, but we’re left feeling very confused and unassured about the care we receive. Today, the older blonde vet we met with was the last straw. Not only was she very slow and condescending, she scolded me and gave me a lecture about the medical field and how I’m supposed to expect to wait over an hour to be seen, even for my own needs at the doctor. Additionally, my dog has an infection on his foot which was the main reason for the visit, to which she didn’t even look at, and I had to ask a few times to get a solution for. My dog is a pitbull and I’m worried he’s been discriminated against due to a fear of biting. She then held him down to the point of growling (which he never does) to try to one up me after I mentioned she didn’t even look at it. I could sense tension so quickly removed my dog from her grip, requested the meds and left asap. I’ve been recommended to canton animal hospital to which I’m hoping can address our concerns in a more professional manner.

Wonderful staff, got one of my Guinea pigs put down here a while ago and staff went above and beyond for us. They treated him and I like family. Thank you all so much. I can’t remember her name unfortunately but the girl who scheduled the appointment/took my boy to the back was amazing.
