Great care, transparent pricing, Trupanion can direct Pay other insurers you pay up front and get reimbursed personally. I’ve had my dog here twice once for stomach surgery to remove a foreign object, and once for not eating, both times he has come home happy and healthy. Trust these doctors they do a phenomenal job and this is the only place I now consider bringing my dog when an emergency comes up.

I cant express how thankful I am for your hospital, saving my little Chewbert’s life! In the middle of a big move moving from the East Coast to the West Coast, you guys saved my chewy and made sure he was able to come home and go on this road trip with me! I am thankful for what you did to save my dogs life ! Forever thankful! Going so far is taking my dog out to see the apocalypse and making sure he had little glasses on is the cutest thing I’ve ever heard in my life🙏 YOUR STAFF IS AMAZING AND MY HUSBAND AND I ARE SO THANKFUL 🙏 -My dog was diagnosed with congestive heart failure, and they got him stable and breathing comfortably.

Everyone was very professional and concerned about the welfare of my dog. The vet spoke in a way we could understand our dog's condition and the options we had. We weren't forced to do any unnecessary testing, just what was needed to confirm a diagnosis. Dexter doesn't even mind going to the vet anymore!!

Such a great experience here. It's always scary taking your pet in for emergency care. From the second, we walked in the door we were greeted by Madison. Right away, she put me at ease and I knew my dog was in good hands. The empathy she showed right away and the efficiency in checking us in was so comforting. From there the tech ran the usual tests and was so gentle and accommodating to my dog. The doctor Explain the test results in a way I could easily understand. And he was very clear on the treatment and my options. All the way through, the staff was very open and upfront about the costs and procedures needed to be done. I could not have been more pleased with the serviced I received here.

I had to take my 4-year-old fur baby, Scribbles here for an emergency visit. The Veterinarian who took care of my cat was amazing. She was patient with me, as I was distraught and barely functioning. She clearly explained how sick she was and all the possibilities of the quality of life that Scribbles would have for each option we had, none of them would be without her suffering. And when our family chose to put her to sleep she helped reassure us it was OK and the right choice. She was caring, and straightforward with facts but also empathetic.

We have been to Bulger for GOOD times... and for SAD times... but consistently, I am so happy and impressed with the quality and kindness of the staff. I find them to have big hearts and i feel as if they truly care about our furry friends. During COVID, when you couldn't just walk into the lobby, I witnessed a client RUSH to the front door with his dog who just ingested rat poison... He was frantically banging on the door and I was super keen on watching how fast Bulger responded to him. I'd say within 20-30 seconds, they rushed out to bring his dog in. I asked an employee a few days later if the dog survived and they said yes.
