_Beware of Unprofessional Behavior_ I'm writing this review as a warning to others after a terrible experience at [Grooming Service and Veterinarian] on May 17, 2024. Our Australian Labradoodle, known for its beautiful coat, was scheduled for grooming, but the service was unacceptable. What's even more disturbing is that I had previously left a negative review on their Facebook page, and they retaliated by blocking me and cutting off further services at the veterinarian, despite being a loyal client for over two years! I specifically requested a small trim, a little shorter than usual, for my puppy. However, the groomer was in a rush and took it upon herself to buzz my puppy's coat, completely disregarding my instructions. The result was a butchered coat that was unacceptable. The pictures speak for themselves (see below). Our dog was left with a buzzed coat, ruining his beautiful fur. But what's even more alarming is the unprofessional behavior of the establishment. Instead of addressing the issue and making amends, they chose to silence me and discard a loyal client. If you're looking for reliable grooming or veterinarian services, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. i loved the service! they were gentle and caring with my cat. it’s good that they give a price consultation before hand bc any vet could be expensive depending on the service needed. would definitely recommend and come back with my other pets.

I had taken my puppy, 8 yr old Golden Retriever, DYLAN, to ALL CREATURES GREAT AND SMALL, on 8/6/24. In addition, I have trusted All Creatures with ALL the animals I’ve had for the past 50 years! As a child, I would go with my dad every time we were in need to obtain medical services for any of our German Shepherds ! Even as a child, I was impressed with the quality of services, along with the compassionate nature of all staff! Through the years, up until my most recent visit, nothing has changed!!!! On 8/6/24, I explained that DYLAN had been to the emergency vet hospital over the weekend, for an infected paw! All Creatures, took the time to carefully examine her paws!!! In addition, Dylan has been grasping for air and/or making choking noises after eating almost everything! The entire staff, including the Vet, at All Creatures made sure to treat Dylan with compassion and kindness! Dylan obviously, felt safe and trusting with staff, as she wagged her tail, throughout her exam! The Vet was able to examine her without any difficulty! The Dr. was extremely professional and provided me with answers to my questions, made sure to schedule a 2nd visit to reevaluate DYLANS condition, along with reassuring me that my baby girl should be just fine! I was, have been, pleased with the overall services at ALL CREATURES GREAT & SMALL THANK YOU TO ALL FOR TREATING DYLAN WITH YOUR SWEET, CARING AND GENTLE NATURE!!!❤️❤️❤️

Very challenging to get in touch with. I did not enjoy the treatment I received from the vet and will not be returning. There’s no parking for this location. The only saving grace was the kindness of the technician that treated us during our first visit.

I just wanted to share a story about All Creatures Great & Small in Pomona. I’ve been using Dr Micchio for many years and she always takes great care of my babies. We have a feral cat who has lived in my yard for over 14+ years that was very sick and injured. She’s one of our babies too even though she still won’t let us touch her after all these years. I trapped her and they told me to bring her right in even though they were fully booked for the day, they fit us in. Ultimately, the little girl was not strong enough to withstand any kind of surgery and had a host of other issues going on so we made the decision to put her to rest. It was very hard and very sad but everyone was so kind and wonderful. Dr Palmieri could not have been more loving and gentle with our girl. Kelly, the office manager, was very accommodating & kind explaining the fees associated. Everyone really was so lovely in assuring us we were doing the right thing. I know there has been some past issues with the front desk throughout their transition with owners and doctors. I had some issues of my own but as someone who chose to stick through and let things settle, I can confidently say they are still some of the best veterinarians in the county. Dr Micchio has gone above and beyond for me and my babies numerous times and Dr Palmieri has now brought us through 2 end of life decisions. I just wanted to share this bc I know sometimes we read so many negative comments about places and businesses, I felt it was important to share a good one.

Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. When my dog Jake needed ACL surgery, they all treated him with kindness & caring. Dr Wong even sat on the floor to pet & calm Jake. The surgery was done with very little damage to his leg, making for a full & quick recovery.
