My sister and I Came in to Spay and vaccinate our pets and Crystal is amazing. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything and provide support to us. Our pets came home and recovered well. Prices are affordable. I also ended adopting a kitten. It was lovely to come to here. Will return. Thanks Crystal 👍🏼

I wish I would’ve known about this place years ago. The veterinarian has the biggest heart in the world and she loves animals and she is very thorough. She’s very kind and very professional and she loves animals. This clinic needs donations and support like I said I wish I would’ve known about this place years ago. I will be bringing my dog there for now on. I encourage anyone with a pet to go and meet the doctor and see about getting the proper care for your animal. This is a nonprofit location they don’t gouge you like the places that I’ve gone to before getting the same results.

I have taken all of my rescue and personal pets here for the past 4 years. Krystal and the staff are friendly and the clinic is affordable.

I can't recommend this place enough. They do amazing for the animals and their pet parents. I took my doggy here to be neutered. They took great care of him and it was half the cost of other places. I also took him once for upset stomach and he was treated lovingly, effective medication and again the cost is very reasonable. Unfortunately we had to move to Northern Florida.

I suspected my 9.5 month old cat had a UTI. A woman who poses as a vet gave me AB in powder with very shady instructions on how to dilute it and make a solution. First of all we should get ready to use medicine not half processed to complete it at home. She thinks the quantity of water is not important and it doesn't affect the effectiveness of the medication if you give all or part of that solution. Unfortunately I listened to her advice and later realized I over diluted the AB. My cat was supposed to take 20 ml AB solution for entire therapy, but "vet" thinks I can as well add water and make 150ml of that solution (and still use only 20ml) and that's ok according to her. Refused to discuss the matter reasonably since "I'm not a doctor". I ended up ruining the AB that I paid $95 with her "check up" fee and my cat didn't get the proper medicine she needed. A note for you so called vet: if you dare to deny any of my words, I will be more than willing to elaborate this and your "expertise" in very details by editing my post. EDIT: Ok since you replied the way you did let us elaborate your advise for preparation of medication. Which is, again, something you should do, not customers. Unless you have gotten your diploma in cereal box you should know what is concentration of solution. It's a function of ratio of, in this case, dry powder (AB) and solvent (water). So, if you dilute 5 ml of AB in dry powder in 15 ml or 150 ml you will get different concentration. If you dilute that given amount of AB in 150 ml and administer only 20 ml out of it, you end up using only 13% of that AB. Rest remain in solution. IT MAKES NO SENSE. If you evaporate that remaining 130 ml of solution you will find 87% of that AB left on the bottom as a residue.Unused, wasted. So, either you have placed 9 time more AB in that 150 ml bottle to meet the concentration needed and fail to explain it, or pets are getting dangerously low quantity of AB. In both cases you should be fired, for wasting the medication or for incompetence. I offered you fair option, to simply give me another AB to prepare proper solution and make sure my cat gets all the AB in course of 10 days therapy. You refused. You wanted another $65...or maybe $95. Maybe your hilarious attempt to explain concentrations worth charging another $30. I don't regret money wasted. I only regret my cat has not been given proper medication. For that I will take her to real vet this time. Thus your childish denial of your future services is funny. No person who care about their pets should ever step foot in that place as long as you work there. I've seen other nice staff and volunteers there and my criticism is not referring to them. You, on the other hand could learn thing or two about customer relations since you are lacking in other fundamental areas of your work.
