Really nice and caring staff. They let you know how much you will need to pay up front. The only downside is you have to pay in cash. I would recommend this place to my family and friends. If you go on a Saturday, please try to be there for 7 am and they openat 9. It's a first come first serve basis. They ONLY take 30 animals.

The veterinarian who attended me on July 13th., 2024 was extremely rude. Not only did he even suggested he needed to see the money before running the blood test but he also was rude while extracting the blood to my dog who cried like it had never cried before. He also kept repeating that he was staying past his time 12 pm. because although I was on the list and did my half day line he took his time with the dogs (maybe they shouldn't take 35 clients then) and rushed me and treated me verbally very wrong. The worst experience in vet clinic since I decades of having dogs. I gave one star because I couldn't give 0.

The vet on JP was going to put my cat down when we first got him. I took my cat to Merwin for a second opinion, they gave him medicine and my baby is a healthy 17yr old to date. If you love your pet, then you'll have patience to come here. Get there before 12 to get the best spot in line. If you get there after 12/1230, you may miss your chance of being seen. I like both veterinarians. They aren't bubbly. But don't confuse it for not caring, they have to get people in and out. They are thorough, and I really like it here! I take my cat and my Pit.

One of the worst clinics I've ever been to. I called before to inquire on wether it would be free to see and treat my dog. I am very particular on this as I am struggling financially due to past medical issues. I do not have selective hearing as the Dr I spoke with implied. I called before and was told everything was free by a female nurse who obviously did not I form us correctly. After driving one hour there we waited for 2.5 hours before we were seen. The lady nurse asked my bf what breed my dog was and then refused to listen to him after he repeaded it several times. She was set on entirely different breed. We had DNA results of her breed and I know the parents so for the nurse to be so ignorant on this was very concerning. She didn't listen to him until I spoke up. When we finally saw the Dr. I elaborated on the reasons I was there which were pretty minor. Before even observing her he said she might need her uterus removed! I thought this was the craziest thing I've ever had a vet say to me without observing the animal first. This is extremely alarming and I fear for the people who wait so patiently to meet this guy. I will never go back there again. Despite him being very extreme before even touching my 3 yr old dog who is in perfect condition despite a small rash he was very smug in facial expressions and told me I had selective hearing when I told him one of his nurses said everything was free. Banfield is a better option as this Dr charges for every vaccine, stool sample and antibiotics and it's still called a free clinic. This place was a waste of time and excruciating unprofessional. Banfield doesn't charge for visits and discounts all their items if you have a dog plan with them. This place needs new nurses and doctors ASAP. I paid for the antibiotics but I couldn't afford nor did I want to take all the other things he suggested. I am shook by this whole experience and I look forward to never going back and seeing a real genuine veterinarian.

Amazing pet clinic, it is not totally free but you can get vaccinations and many other clinical services at a really low price. First come first serve. If you are planning going over there make sure go in the morning 10Am is a good time.

Great clinic! Free exams and dope staff but make sure you be there b4 they open unless you plan on waiting for an hour or 2 😊
