Georgetown Animal Hospital is by far the finest veterinary hospital I have ever visited. Every other hospital I've been to in the area pales in comparison. It's not only that the co-veterinarian, Dr. Don, is compassionate, caring, and simply phenomenal at his profession, his entire staff works like a seamless team all working on the same project. It's a family-owned hospital, Dr. Don and his brother are the veterinarians. It's multi-generational, their father was a vet too. The place was pretty much spotless. Wait time was almost zero before I was in the exam room, in about 10 minutes the doctor came in. You just don't meet veterinarians like this anymore, all the hospitals are corporate owned and try to get you to spend more money than you need to, and you won't get that here. He spent extra time on my initial visit explaining about what I can do at home to take care of my dog, that no other vet has ever shared with me. 100% totally amazing. Georgetown Animal Hospital is THE hospital for your best friend.

took my seven-year-old female GSD here for the first time and I was very pleased. They accommodated my anxious girl who is not dog friendly by allowing us to come in through a side door. The three vet techs we encountered were so kind, professional, and thorough. Dr. John was great too! Very clean facility and fair pricing! So glad we found a vet in our area.

I know people have said it's got or miss and at first I would've agreed but after 2 visits I couldn't be happier. Once they had more than one visit with me any my baby it's been great. Highly recommend Dr. Don and his staff. Very pleasant experience and the staff are very friendly

We’ve been going to Georgetown Vet for several years, but one evening my American bulldog boxer mix suddenly became very ill, vomiting, shaking, gasping for air. It got worse in the middle of the night and as soon as we could, we brought him to Georgetown Vet .Not only did they accept us , they took us back right away . ran multiple blood test ,x-rays and a variety of other tests . They only did what was necessary to get to the source of the problem ,Gave us the medication needed and resolved our problem,. I could not recommend them more Dr. Don and his crew from top to bottom, including the front desk people are all top-notch good people they took care of our dog at a time when we were pretty desperate and they did it with care and compassion . I cannot recommend them enough. Can’t thank them enough they gave us peace of mind, and thankfully our dog is now back to his normal self thanks to them.
