All great things to say for this office. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and kind, the vet techs are friendly and caring with my 2 sheperds and Dr.Pacciano goes above and beyond! She is so loving towards my 2 girls. You can see she genuinely wants what’s best for your pet(s) and it shows just how much she loves her job. I’m so lucky to have found a vet office that is so wonderful. They don’t pressure you into what to do for you pet, they just want what’s best. Thank you to Massapequa Hospital for Animals for all your hard work and for being so caring!!

I brought my rabbit, Archie, here today for an appointment, and could not have received better treatment. Dr. Frascati and the staff were very friendly, considerate, gentle, and knowledgeable when examining him. He has been sneezing and producing some discharge, which I was concerned about, but they provided possible causes for it, ruled out ones that did not match, and offered some helpful solutions and information. Even setting up the appointment was wonderful. I'd definitely recommend this place to others, and I'm very grateful to have received such wonderful care !!

My daughter just had the worst experience here. The doctor she saw for our dog was extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I had been on the phone with her during this visit, and I actually had to ask the doctor if this was some kind of joke because I could not believe how this vet was speaking to my daughter. I have been coming here for years with various pets, and while the support staff is amazing, I cannot say the same for the doctors. We will be switching to another vet after this visit. NO ONE SHOULD SPEAK TO ANYONE THE WAY MY DAUGHTER WAS SPOKEN TO TODAY. SHAME ON YOU!

I recently lost my cat after 15 years. I can't say enough good things about the care Phoebe received. The Doctors and staff were caring and compassionate. They treated Phoebe with love, and kindness, as if she were human and a member of their family. To my surprise they even gave me a follow-up call after Phoebe passed. Just wonderful!

The first time I brought my dog here, Dr. Ragusa and the whole team were excellent. Unfortunately, the second time we did not see Dr. Ragusa and the experience was very different. It was very disorganized and not thorough. The doctor I saw this time began examining her without even checking her profile or asking me about her, I thought she was rough with my dog who is afraid of the vet's office to begin with, and she did not tell me anything about her exam until she presented me with the bill at the end. Very cold. I would go back for Dr. Ragusa, but I'm so turned off by the experience we had that I'm switching practices entirely

Dr. Pacchiano Was very caring and thorough during milos exam! You could tell she was an animal lover and treated him as if it were her own fur baby! Milo was then seen by Dr. Michelle V. Frascati who was Gentle and sweet. i knew i left the clinic feeling milo was in safe hands. Explained aftercare and sent him home with me the same way. Id also like to add that the vets asst, front desk secretaries were one of the sweetest people ever. Every person who i came across remembered his name and was very keen to detail! Love the staff and the do tors here 10/10 recommend! They are also quick to pick up phone calls and short wait tomes for appointments
