Had to bring our dog in for dental surgery and they took very good care of him. Then we went on vacation and we boarded him there with no issues. So Manhattan seems to be a great place to take care of your pets.

Dr. Bairnsfather and her staff are wonderful! Today was our first visit with our dog and it was a great experience. Not only are they knowledgeable, they did great with my dog. Not only very professional, but personable. I would definitely recommend bringing your fur baby here if they need any medical attention.

I've boarded my dog here several times. Price range $25 to $30 apx daily depending on run size and if it's over night or not. Staff is very nice and the doctor is also. The plus side 'two or more nights they bathe your dog' which is pretty cool.

Boarded two large dogs (in a single large run). They prefer to be together. I was quoted one price. Left the state for vacation. I was called on vacation and told one of my dogs was having anxiety and needed to be picked up. I was unable to do that. Staff decided we try anxiety medication. My dog was apparently to scared to leave the cage to potty and to scared to eat. This caused my dog to potty in the run, in an effort to keep my dogs clean they moved them to another run and cleaned the run after each incident. I was charged for two kennels, when I boarded the dogs together because they had to be removed for cleaning. I was never notified of this rationale/price change via phone call or email. The price doubled. I also find it strange that they were able to move my dogs from Kennel to kennel to allow for cleaning but then couldn’t get her to leave the kennel to potty outside ?? Standard practice should be notifying the owners before charging double the original price. I gave this place one star because my dogs are alive and well and were fed. I do not recommend this facility for boarding.
