I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. The place is clean and lovely, the staff is kind and considerate, and the service for the my cat was 5 star, top tier service. The exact kind of care you want for your pet. If you don't have pet insurance like me, they have affordable health plans for your pet! I've had a few vets around the city and this one has been my favorite! So very grateful for their help.

My Frenchie, Jack was yelping at night and messing with his ear. The next appointment at the usual vet was a week out and the alternative was the emergency vet where I’d need to pawn a Rolex to pay for it. They fit me in and were INCREDIBLY nice, honest, and kind to my buddy, Jack. There were treatment options that were well explained as well as clear and concise billing. The clinic is pretty posh and was very clean and tidy. I will be making this clinic Jack’s regular vet now thanks to the attending doctor and his staff. Well done.

Dr. Boone and his staff have been great with both of our dogs! One is an older dog who loves people and the other is a younger anxious one who hates the vet. The staff at GoodVets treats them both amazingly and caters to each of their needs while also explaining everything very well to us as owners. I appreciated how everyone approached/treated our younger one while she was very scared to be there and a little bit reactive.

I had been searching for a vet for quite some time for my kitty. I found this vet purely through some research on google and sifting through reviews. Well I found my new vet. I quite literally WILL NOT be taking my cat anywhere else. The front staff are so sweet and kind and Dr. Bradford is amazing. Not to mention the office is extremely clean and gorgeous. My son is my life and it feels so good knowing people care about his health and well being as much as I do. I've never had one negative interaction on the phone or in person. Not to mention easy going on your wallet. Especially when The budget is tight.

It is such a relief to find a vet office that you trust. I was able to have my Biscuit seen on short notice but was never made to feel like they squeezed her in. I was greeted by very friendly staff, and the vet tech + doctor both gave Biscuit their undivided attention when they examined her. Biscuit is usually quite anxious at a vet office - but I was so surprised at Biscuit's calm demeanor throughout this visit. I think it's a testament to the staff and the facility. It's gorgeous and clean, plus they have these pheromone diffusers that only dogs can smell, which is supposed to calm them. And I truly think it works! Also, the price was more than fair. We finally found our regular Vet office in Kansas City. Take your pets here! They'll be in great hands.
