100% Recommend! I have been taking my girl to their boarding facility since she was a puppy and have always had a positive experience. I recently decided to use their veterinary services as well. The staff is so nice and made my dog feel so relaxed she actually fell asleep in the room. Dr Dewyer was very knowledgeable and made sure to answer all my questions.

If you own a pet that you love - then you will want to choose North Pines for their care. Dr Thompson and her staff are professional, knowledgeable and their bed side manner can’t be beat. They care about the animals they take care of and their owners. I highly recommend North Pines Animal Hospital! They have taken excellent care of our Sphynx cats Hariette and Cleo - peace of mind knowing they are in great hands

North Pines has been great for me so far. My dog unfortunately got a skin infection from a bug bite. I was scared because I haven’t been able to get him into the vet due to his aggression towards needles and the environment. The front desk staff and vet staff were very cautious and caring with him and did not push his limits. I appreciated they requested past records and really got to understand his needs. I am happy to use them now and in the future.

I brought in my 6 month old puppy, Pepper, in for little white bumps forming on her back and legs. This was her first time in a vet's office. Understably, she was very nervous. The staff, technicians, and doctor were all very friendly and helpful. They didn't want anything to spook or upset Pepper. The doctor was able to quickly diagnose the issue as allergies, explained the treatment, and made sure I understood the next steps. I already made our next appointment for three weeks from now. This is an amazing place to go.

I just brought my Siamese cat in for a check up at North Pines Animal Hospital. We have been bringing our Great Danes and Cats there for years! Dr Dianah Thompson has the BEST VIBES EVER! She is by far the Best Vet we’ve ever had. She LISTENS and assists, and gives the very best advice! Charity at the front desk is Always great as well as the check out girl! THIS PLACE IS THE PLACE IN WILLIS/ CONROE AREA TO GET THE BEST PET CARE! Love Them!!

Amazing place. Great workers. I was very pleased on how they treated my fur babies. I've been looking for A place to have my dog groomed with anesthesia because my dog Rowdy won't let nobody cutting brushing anything.
