I love the doctors and vet tech’s. I inherited 5 dogs who have never been to a vet and don’t know how to act. The staff at Riverview was patient and kind. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

It was ok, but I was not to expressed with how they helped me check out. Had to wait a long time to pay the bill. They kept telling me they were doing more tests on my dog, but he was already outside in the car. Not reccomend.

UPDATE:when we first moved here, Riverview was fine. As time has gone one, they got more and more busy to the point that it took 6 months to determine an EPI diagnosis for one of my dogs. We have since switched to a much more hands on vet clinic and will likely not be back to Riverview. Whatever has changed in the last few years hasn’t been for the good. Too many patients and not enough time to care for them effectively. We moved to Wilkes 3 years ago with our senior German shepherd and 5 cats. Now we have 4 dogs total. Dr Sarah has always been wonderful to us. Dr Miller can be a bit prickly but I think he just has a very no-nonsense personality. We have appreciated that they’re affordable and that they’ve been willing to work with our youngest dog, who has had to work through a lot of anxiety around veterinary care and new people in general.

Went against our wishes on a pet's surgery after we had signed off on exactly what was meant to happen with the pet. If I cannot trust the staff to carry out what was agreed upon for the care of my pets, I will not be returning.
