You will be hard pressed to find a better clinic for your pet. We had to have our puppy in for surgery this year & Dr. Kincaid and his staff took incredible care of our family pet - they kept us informed throughout the entire process also. Even after such a rough experience our dog still LOVES going into the clinic any chance he can. He perks up at the familiar voices & can barely contain himself. (Seriously) We utilize their boarding services when necessary & have no complaints or concerns that our animal is well taken care of. I could go on & on with praises for the staff here.

Took my little dog Cloe. Special baby to me. Loved her with all my heart. They did everything they could to save my precious angel. Wasn’t meant to be. She is in heaven with my sister now who was her mother before Cloe was left to me. Such kindness and tenderness from the full staff. Thank you for trying to save my precious baby girl.

The ladies at the front desk for super nice today when I came in. I initially in the office to ask about yearly checkups how much they were and what they all included. I did also ask the young lady if she couldn't fill up a water bottle so I could water mine k9. I feel like they went over and beyond talking with me about what comes with your yearly and they were very happy and getting my service dog water so he could rehydrate for the walk home. Thank you for your selfless service to the canine community. If you're greeted with happiness and professionalism at the door I'm sure the people in the back are just the same. Keep up the great work

Not the same as when the older doctor was alive. After over 30 years of going there now they lie to you about not taking emergency walk ins and the time before that took a kitten in they had me leave it with them. They called said it was ready for pickup. When I did never got to speak with the doctor and was given meds and never told me what it was and what was wrong with the kitten. The clerks at the counter know nothing. Later the kitten died. Last several vet visits was costing $300.00 to 500.00 each. I am finding a better vet.

Best Dr and staff for miles. Dr Brett goes above and beyond to take care of all of our pets. No matter big or small situation he takes time to call and take care of it. We won't go any where else.

Dr Kincaid and his staff are very impressive, knowledgeable, caring and kind. I have a large German Shepherd who can be intimidating. Dr Kincaid and his wonderful staff were gentle, fearless, and wonderful. Thank you.
