The doctors and support staff here are the very best. They not only have great expertise, but also honestly care about your pets and you. They show this by both words and deeds in every interaction. They gave such kindness and understanding to my grumpy elderly dog all the way to the end of his long life. They now show love and patience to my overly exuberant ginormous puppy. They also are extremely compassionate and considerate of my struggles with long CNS COVID symptoms. You won't find better care anywhere.

We’ve brought both of our dogs here for the last 9 months and from start to finish, they operate as a team. Things run smoothly, they answer questions, provide feedback, and take amazing care of our fur-babies. I’ve been completely delighted by our experience here and 10/10 would recommend! Dr. Hamilton is amazing and clearly cares deeply about what she does, but the care doesn’t stop with her. The office staff are truly amazing!

My very first appointment here, I was charged $8 biohazard removal fee for them throwing away my dogs already bagged fecal when I changed my mind to have it tested for parasites. I would have tossed it into the trash for free had I known. I also felt pressured by the nurse there who was trying to get me to do a bunch of different stuff that my dog didn’t really need. She was persistent. Asking once and maybe some explanation sure but it was more than that. This last visit they told me they think a bump on my dogs foot was cancer and told me I need to have her sedated and have it removed. I asked for a quote on the cost, waited a day, called, waited another three days and they still never called. The staff there seem nice but they are a little unorganized which caused me great stress for nothing. The bump has gone away. Just infection I guess. They called to apologize and to talk to me about my experience which was a good gesture. I appreciate the call. Thank you Megan.

Dr. Snyder, Dr. Bailey and Dr. Hamilton have all done well by me and my 6 house cats. Yes 6, so I have an opinion based in experience with this vet office haha. Also all the ladies that help them around the office are all very nice, understanding and "real" people. Plus from what I've heard from my friends, their prices for services and meds are more than fair. I appreciate you!

Love this practice! Everyone is so kind and compassionate and they really care about both pets and their owners. We were able to get a same day appointment after our pup sustained a bad eye injury. Dr Bailey and her tech were amazing. They took the time to stroke and calm Lexi before examining her. Both were very thorough, and we left feeling really well cared for.

I've brought my Basset Hound puppy, Archie to see Dr Hamilton. . I've always found their care to be top-notch. They really care about pets and pet owners, and in my experience always go the extra mile to ensure medical safety and pet own satisfaction. Their great reputation is well deserved.
