I had a rodent that got into my lanai ceiling and died. The smell was horrendous. I called for service to come out and identify if I had a serious issue. Taylor came within a day and closed off the area where rodents could possibly enter. The cost was minimal. I appreciated his trustworthiness.I would highly recommend his company.

Rats To Bats saved the day today! Their tech Nick just came out and within less than 10 minutes caught over a 5 foot yellow rat snake we have had living in our tiki hut for years. Our unruly dogs constantly find him and try and hurt him. He could eventually bite one of them and now we can go outside without worrying where he is. They will release him somewhere he will be safe and we thank you! Great job 👏

Got prompt response from Taylor and great advice. He clearly knows his profession and was above board and honest in his assessment. Even though it might have lost him business since I live in a duplex and my neighbor wasn’t ready to split the cost. Hopefully this gets resolved soon. I really appreciate a business person who gives you straight scoop and doesn’t just try and get a quick buck off of you
