I will always bring my animals here- the compassionate care is unmatched. Dr. Martin, Dan, vet techs, and receptionists are all amazing. They are always available to help (even after hours) and are so kind. One of my cats is more medically complex and they have saved his life on more than one occasion. Frankie is so much more healthy and happy with his new meds and diet. We couldn’t be more thankful for them!

The staff are exceptional!! Clean facilities and wonderful employees. They take the time to listen to any concerns and don’t rush you out the door. In addition, prices are awesome. It’s my “go to” vet for sure!!

We had an emergency with our cat on a Saturday afternoon. The other "emergency vet" in the Newark area refused to help. I called Cold Springs and left a msg. I got a return call within minutes. Within a couple hours we were in the vets office with a diagnosis and preparing for emergency surgery. When the surgery was over Dan texted us a pic of our sweet girl awake and doing well! They absolutely saved our cats life! Dr. Martin, Dan and the rest of the staff were amazing to deal with! I highly recommend them.

Cold spring animal clinic is awesome. I have three dogs & they got one of my dogs into surgery super fast! They always answer the phone even after office hours. 10/10 recommend anyone looking for a vet that cares. The staff has been over the moon amazing. Words cannot express how grateful I am to be a customer!

My family and I absolutely love Cold Spring Animal Clinic!! We have two dogs and a cat who we have been taking since 2021. The staff and veterinarians are always the most kind people. You can tell they really care about your pets. We especially love Dr.Martin, she is amazing at what she does! You can rest assured that Cold Spring will have your pets best interest in mind. The facility is always clean and the phones are always answered. Even after hours, when we have a pet emergency, if they are available they will help us as much as possible. There is no better animal clinic in Newark! Thank you staff at Cold Spring Animal Clinic!

If zero stars were an option I would pick that. My cat currently has tapeworms and I have been having a hard time getting her in. I called the after hours number here and was told to call back for an appointment on a certain day. I did that and then I was directed to text a different number. I did that as well. Then I received a message back from the man I was talking to saying text me tomorrow at 9:00. I text and I got no answer. So I called the office and they said they can't give me an appointment that he has to do it. So I waited all day. Didn't call anyone else because I was certain he was going to give me an appointment. Here it is 6:00 at night and I still haven't heard anything so I feel like customer service is everything in businesses like this. You shouldn't tell somebody you're going to do something and then not do it. My cat is very sick and I just want to get her fixed. I have the money and everything for it. Don't know why this guy wasted so much of my time. I would not recommend them at all because of this.
