Despite what the website says and calling ahead and confirming, they do not offer walk in grooming for cats. Wasted a Saturday afternoon bringing my cat in for a nail trim only to be turned away when we got there.

The establishment is considerably smaller in size compared to the majority of pet supply stores that I frequent. However, the staff there is exceptionally adept at resolving any complications that may arise with online orders, providing invaluable assistance in rectifying such issues.
