I have to say Dr. Karen and her crew are amazing! She spends so much time with her patients and she’s so compassionate with the care she gives. I’ve had several vets over the years and she and her staff are the very best I’ve ever been to. They get 5 stars and two thumbs up from me. ❤️

Extremely rude and unprofessional to customers. They have minors giving pets shots and seem they have no good intentions towards pets and just want money. I had staff yelling at me when I was trying to apply for insurance for my pet saying I’m a lair after I gave them my card number I do not recommend their services at all. I just feel if someone comes in for a pet emergency I shouldn’t be called out of my name by staff. Or have a child giving shots to my pet when the legal age in the state of Indiana to give medical shots is 18 I wish I could give them 0 stars absolutely terrible experience

This is Lynx. He went from feral kitten out in the cold to a beautiful happy kitten. Thank you Twin Lakes Vet for removing his fun bags so he can't increase the cat population, putting in his chip and his vaccinations. Hopefully you will be able to meet his mom that is feral and quite fertile after I live trap her to TNR. WELCOME TO MONTICELLO!!

Dr Karen is the one to go to! The most honest compassionate person around this area I've ever met. I'm glad I came to her. Thank you for helping ease my nerves and taking good care of my baby. Would highly recommend.

Very impressed with the convenience of making an appt and friendliness of office staff. The Vet was wonderful as well. We were from out of town with an urgent need appointment. They could not have been nicer.
