My family and I would like to say thank you to the entire staff at Porter Pet Hospital. We could have anticipated the excellent service that we received yesterday having our dog sprayed at the facility, although our pet gave them a bit of excitement they made the right choice in call us back so the situation could be resolved and the surgery went as planned. She doing great today. We are hopeful the in the near future they will taking on additional pet's to receive great care. Thank You Twillis-Hall

My mini Australian Shephard named Boost tore his doggie ACL. He had TPLO surgery here and they took great care of him. We are 6 weeks into healing and he is doing great. Unfortunately he tore his other side a few weeks ago, so he'll be going back into surgery to take care of the other side. Thankfully their pricing was very reasonable (around $2500 for a TPLO). Other places wanted easily double that. He's been coming here since he was a puppy and they've been great. EDIT 6/25/2024: Boost has fully recovered from both surgeries and is back to his old self. He has even started losing some weight again now that he is able to be more active. He can use stairs again and can run. Fully satisfied with the work done by Porter and will continue taking my pets there.

Wow do I have incredible things to say about this place. After calling multiple vets in the Cleveland area, I came across this vet and discussed what happened to my cat Stevie. He was at MedVet who wanted a very large amount for the Achilles tendon repair that he needed. Porter pet hospital was able to do the surgery for a FRACTION of what MedVet wanted. I started crying when I heard the news. Porter treated my baby like their own and I will never forget the kindness and gratitude they had towards my kitty. This is an affordable place with some of the best staff. Thank you for taking care of my baby Stevie!!!

One of the saddest days of my life was handled with extreme care and empathy by Dr. Wieczorek and her staff. My precious cat had to be euthanized after it was determined that nothing else could be done to improve his quality of life. It was the easiest and most peaceful that I have ever seen it done. I was seated on a couch holding him the entire time. He just went to sleep and then was gone. I can't thank Dr. W enough for the gentle and kind way in which this was done.

Going to rewrite my review to be less long. Day one complete after Mass Removal Surgery and Extractions for my Dog. She is going through it but I know she recieved good care :) I am very happy with Porter Animal Hospital. I love every single person I met there and I met at least 6 people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of this girl and getting her in so quickly after weeks of me fumbling with Vet options after my original Vet retired. An extra special thanks to the Vet, Vet Tech Kenzie and Receptionist Taylor. Thank you. Will rewrite soon ♡
