I adopted a kitten from them and the experience was great from start to finish! They are so sweet and clearly care about their animals. Dreama is the best! She gave me the best guidance while my kitten was recovering from her spay. The Foster who looked after my kitten in the meantime was so wonderful as well! She sent me the most adorable update pictures of my little baby. Thank you Oconee Regional Humane Society!

We can’t recommend this shelter enough. The cats are socialized extremely well. We adopted from the “teenager” room (both were 6 months - 1 year old). You can see the personalities come out at this age, and these kitties have remained just as true to their personalities as the day we got them. They are so sweet & happy! ❤️

Our new puppy is gold! He was one very happy little woofer when we met him first time, because they are kind and take good care of all animals in a shelter. He was the same puppy we saw on a picture and fell in love with. The application/adoption process was quick and the staff was helpful and nice. Thanks guys, you are doing a good job!
