Every single time I have gone into the office or called I always get the friendliest people. I have been helped for general questions on my own residence but today the treasurer’s dept helped me for one only my clients and their resident. Thank you guys for always providing a great experience! (Even though it might not always be the answer I want 😉)

As one of the other reviews said, this is the worst city hall in the state; every department is terrible. They don't answer the phones all the time in the morning before 8am even though the building department opens at 7am. Inspectors leave the building at 8 and they will give you no window. Its worse than the cable company, from 8-3. They will not reach out amd find out any updates due to weather, health or if they are running late. Plus everyone who works there acts like you are causing them a problem, they are all crabby and very unhelpful. I would give zero stars if I could. Tighten up Bloomfield Twnshp

As the administrators take responsibility for the Animal Shelter Manager's deplorable actions. Isn't it a crime to willfully and intentionally neglect and abandon domestic animals? Your shelter manager, as a professional in shelter care knows very well he's committed multiple crimes. When do you hold the Twp staff accountable ??

All the inspectors are the best! They are helpful, smart, and kind. I have had a ton of work done on my home and needed assistance from all the inspection departments and everyone has shown up on time and been very pleasant. Thank you!!!

Very helpful and kind staff. I'm sure they deal with a lot of rude/entitled people in the Twp so be nice and they'll be nice back! It worked for me!

Bloomfield Township provides its residents with services that match or go above and beyond that of other Michigan townships, including road maintenance, an environmental services department, an animal welfare division, and kind and competent public safety personnel.
