We have had experience with just about every doctor. This is by far the best vets office in DFW from the front desk staff all the way to the vet techs, assistants, and Doctors. They care as much as you do about your fur-babies from beginning of life all the way to end of life. We are so lucky to be patients at Boulevard and are grateful for the entire staff!

The office staff, vets and assistants are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and my dogs are well cared for. Extra services may be offered but never pressured. I’m always given an estimate before making decisions for my pets. Prices are competitive or less than other vets I’ve used. Thank you!

This place is the best, hands down. We followed Dr. Shanks to this office and so happy we did! Not only is Dr. Shanks the most caring, helpful, educating vet I have ever met, the staff is there to match. From start to finish with every single appt, they go out of their way to make sure your time is used wisely, appropriately; your health and safety is of the utmost importance to them. Special shout out to Ashley, who is the absolute best nurse I have ever come across. Everyone is so detailed and helpful, I'm not afraid to ask a thousand questions. I also love that you can text the office AND they accept care credit! Bring your animal family here, you won't regret it. They have truly saved our lives ❤️

We moved to Southlake with two aged cats in 2008, so it was very important that we have a wonderful vet in place. Boulevard has always exceeded our expectations, they are like family and always go above and beyond. We adopted our Skippy from them and will always take our animals to Boulevard.
