Dr.Laurie was awesome! This was our first visit to this vet. Diesel is a German shepherd with a lot of anxiety, but the entire staff was so accommodating and welcoming to us. They addressed every concern, and did everything in their power to make sure we were both at ease with the exam, and all the procedures that they were doing that day. It was also very reasonable price wise. Highly recommend!
Vet waived exam fee because of the delay getting in. I said I could pay half, she said to let her be nice! Appreciated that very much considering income is very sporadic and low. Very pleased. (and they loved Tippi... rightly so!) Thank you!
Top notch staff and facility. The staff are very friendly and passionate about the work they do. We really feel like they went above and beyond to take care of our dog. Thank you so much Tomah Veterinary Clinic for all you do.
Smoky is very anxious at the vet and they are so patient with him. They put us in a room immediately so he doesn’t have to be out with other dogs. He gets so excited and hard to manage. They work so well with his unique personality! They have gone above and beyond for my fur babies!
Seems to downplay my concerns with my cat. Super dog friendly, the whole area seems to have a cat-racism with pockets of resistance. My main complaint was I had an Army obligation that came up suddenly and I was without a way to call and reschedule. I called the first chance I could to apologize and reschedule, they said they could not at that time. They sent a letter, I read it when i returned to WI saying that from then on I would have to pay 50 bucks as a down payment for every appointment I make. Problem is, I'm on a fixed income. If I can't pay right away I don't get an appointment and I guess my cats will die or go without checkups. I'm one of many that likely have this issue. I don't agree with a no-warning repercussion that only hurts the real patient, the pet.
Disgraceful. Yesterday they were happy to see my pet so she could establish care and help with administering Panoquell for my pet (which can only be administered by a vet). They even held a spot for her so she could wait on the meds to come in. I called today to give an update on the medication and get established care and Lisa refused to have her seen. She said it's not her problem my pets sick, she stated that spot is only for established customers. I said I was confused because yesterday there was no issue with having my pet come to their clinic. She said again not my problem and asked if my pet was spayed or neutered. She is not but I stated they were aware yesterday and said they would not spay until my pet was well (no issue with being seen). Lisa then said just on that basis alone they would not see my pet. I asked how could she get spayed if we do not have a vet to spay her. She was very rude, obviously no regard for animals and absolutely zero customer service. Not sure how the lady yesterday and the vet had no issue with my pet, but Lisa is a disgusting human being and probably shouldn't be working with animals.
