This vet clinic is absolutely outstanding, as well as all the staff. They have been helpful in every way, and very compassionate. They have taken amazing care of my animals. They have answered all the million questions i’ve thrown at them. And are very detailed on treatments. The communication I have had with them has been GREAT. I will definitely be returning again and again for any vet visit needs!!!!

Still waiting for an appointment, may end up going with another vet. Tried calling again today, no answer. Really sucks, I thought these people were good at this job but communication is key! My dog is suffering and nobody is calling me back :-\ It wasn't an emergency when I first called them, but it's starting to develop into one. I really wish they would have just been honest with me, and told me that they would be too busy to call back and set an appointment. Left me hanging. Guess I'll just have to go somewhere else.

I tried to make an appointment as soon as they opened, and was told I would be called back. They never called back and I had to seek care elsewhere after awaiting a callback. They could have been truthful and just told me to go somewhere else, instead of being greedy and trying to retain my business while my animal was in agony. I wish I could leave a zero star review. Honor your agreements, keep your promises, keep your customers.

Wonderful place to take your animals! She is so knowledgeable, kind, and caring. I can’t say enough good about Sarah. You can definitely put your trust in her. She knows what she’s doing. Highly recommend!!!

I just moved into Bartlesville from out of state. And my dog had horrible allergies. Red all over and scrappy ears from scratching. They help him and with amazing customer service to him. And no waiting for an appointment month out, we were able to be seen in a day. Hopefully no more problems but if something comes up I’ll be going be to them.

The best vet in town! Very affordable and most compassionate. 2 things we need more of in vet clinics. I changed vets when I got a giant Flemish rabbit, but had to switch back for my dog because there is no one better when it comes to cats and dogs 🤍 Thank you Sarah for having such a big heart for our fur babies 🐾
